Bringing Your Vision
to Fruition
Clambank Construction was used to complete the buildout for our new Charleston, SC location. Throughout this project, communication from the GC, Chip Adams, was top notch. The Clambank team
was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and even made great recommendations that only improved our office buildout. They are above average with the quality of workmanship and focus on
doing a thorough job. Morgan & Morgan is extremely happy with the outcome of our office, and we owe that to the Clambank
team for their professionalism and commitment to our vision.

During the winter of 2014-2015, Clambank Construction remodeled my family's house on Lake Murray, near Chapin. The project included gutting and significantly enlarging the existing house to accommodate our changing needs, among them a growing family. Clambank personnel also designed and managed the extensive landscaping required by the much larger size of the building. We experienced the usual problems associated with a building project, such as bad weather. Adding to the
general difficulties, there were several family members whose wishes - not always consistent and occasionally changing - had to be considered. Clambank personnel handled this challenging project with unflagging courtesy and adaptability. They also did a terrific job and we now have a house well suited to our needs, which, as an added bonus, is a showplace as well.

In 2001 the Charleston Digital Corridor with Ernest Andrade at the helm was launched to develop high wage job creation in Charleston. In 2008 CDC partnered with the City of Charleston with complete support from Mayor Riley and City Council to develop a business incubation facility to help nurture new upstarting tech companies. As the Deputy Director of Facilities for the City I was asked to oversee the renovation of a 5200 sq. ft. facility to house fourteen start up Tech Companies and Chip Adams worked with me to accomplish that mission. Flagship 1 was so successful that in late 2010 Mayor Riley, Ernest Andrade and City Council saw the need for Flagship 2 which was a much larger facility at 13700 square foot. Once again I was asked to manage the project. My experience with Chip’s Company Clambank Construction on the Flagship 1 project was so positive that I recommended a design build project with Chip’s company Clambank Construction taking the lead. This was a total interior demolition of an older two story brick office building and complete modern renovation with office spaces ranging from 150 to 1500 Square feet, 100mb symmetric data speeds on a dedicated node, indoor showers, bike storage, a central lounge and a fully equipped lab for code camp. The project was completed in 6 months on time and within budget in June 2011 with fantastic results, the finished facility has created wonderful opportunities for Tech Company growth in Charleston. I would highly recommend Clambank's professionals for your construction needs.
